Welcome to GAMCA Official Pakistan (https://gamcaofficial.pk). By accessing this website and using our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Service Description & Disclaimer

1.1 Independent Service: GAMCA Official Pakistan is a private consultancy service. We are NOT the official website of the Gulf Health Council (GHC), Wafid, or any embassy.

1.2 Scope of Service: Our service is limited to assisting you in generating the online Wafid/GAMCA medical appointment token. We act as a facilitator to simplify the online registration process for a service fee.

1.3 No Affiliation: We are not affiliated with any government agency. You may book directly through the official Wafid portal if you prefer.

2. Payments and Fees

2.1 Service Fee: We charge a non-refundable service fee of PKR 4,500 to process your appointment booking.

2.2 Medical Center Fees: This service fee does NOT include the medical examination costs (approx. PKR 25,000 - 30,000). You must pay the medical center fee directly at the clinic in cash.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. Your appointment will only be processed after payment confirmation.

3. Appointment & Documents

3.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate details (Passport Number, Name, etc.). We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

3.2 Center Allocation: The Wafid system automatically assigns the medical center based on your city. We cannot manually select or change the assigned medical center.

3.3 Rescheduling: While we can assist with minor rescheduling before the appointment date, we cannot guarantee availability. Missed appointments may require a new token booking.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Non-Refundable: Once the Wafid token has been generated and the slip sent to you, the service fee is strictly non-refundable. This is because the fee is paid to the official system immediately.

4.2 Processing Errors: If we fail to generate a token due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Medical Results: We have NO control over the medical examination results (Fit/Unfit). The decision lies solely with the medical center and the Gulf Health Council.

5.2 Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the official Wafid portal downtime, technical glitches, or medical center operational issues.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose. Harassment of our support staff or submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate service termination without refund.
