Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing GAMCA Official Pakistan (https://gamcaofficial.pk). We strive to provide a fast and reliable Wafid token booking service. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. Cancellation Before Slip Generation

If you have submitted your details and paid the service fee, but your Wafid/GAMCA appointment slip has not yet been generated by our team:

  • You are eligible for a partial refund.
  • A service/processing fee of PKR 500 – 1,000 may be deducted to cover administrative costs and bank transaction charges.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa).

2. Cancellation After Slip Generation (No Refund)

Once the Wafid (GAMCA) Appointment Slip has been successfully generated and sent to you via WhatsApp or Email:

Strict Policy: No refunds will be issued after the slip is generated.

This is because the fee is immediately paid to the Gulf Health Council (GHC) official system to reserve your slot. This official fee is non-refundable by the GHC, and therefore, we cannot reverse the transaction.

3. Invalid or Rejected Documents

It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide accurate information (Passport number, Name, Date of Birth, etc.).

  • If a token is generated with incorrect details provided by you, a new token must be purchased at the full price.
  • If the mistake is made by our team, we will correct it or issue a new token at no extra cost to you.

4. Medical Center Fees

Please note that we only charge for the Token/Booking Service. The actual medical examination fee is paid directly at the medical center.

  • Any fees paid directly to the medical center are subject to that specific center’s refund policy.
  • GAMCA Official Pakistan is not responsible for refunds regarding the medical test itself (e.g., if you are declared UNFIT).

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved (per Section 1), please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
