• Personal Identity Information: Full Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status.
• Document Details: Passport Number, Passport Issue/Expiry Date, Place of Issue, and CNIC Number.
• Contact Details: Mobile Number (WhatsApp), Email Address, and City of Residence.
• Visa Details: Destination Country (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE) and Job Trade/Profession.
• Payment Information: Proof of payment (screenshots of bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) to verify your service fee.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• Token Generation: To fill out the official form on the Wafid portal on your behalf to generate your medical slip.
• Communication: To send your appointment slip (PDF) via WhatsApp or Email and to contact you regarding any issues with your booking.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries regarding fees, centers, or medical status.
• Record Keeping: To maintain a record of your booking in case of rescheduling or status tracking needs.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to marketers. However, we do share your information in the following necessary scenarios:

• Official Wafid Portal: Your data is submitted directly to the Gulf Health Council’s official system to generate your medical appointment.
• Service Providers: We may use third-party tools (like WhatsApp Business or Email Hosting) to communicate with you.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by Pakistani law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
